  • How do I hang / wall mount my neon sign?

    Hanging your neon sign is very easy.
    Chamelneon signs weigh 2-5kgs on average and include pre-drilled holes on the acrylic backboard.
    Neon signs are safe to transport and easy to install.
    For wall mounting your neon sign you’ll need one of our Wall Mounting kits as they require a specific hole size.
  • Is LED Neon Flex more environmentally friendly?

    LED neon flex signs is more energy efficient than the same sign made from glass neon tubes. LED neon flex has a low power usage withan input voltage of 24V/120V.
    Compared to a typical glass neon sign's input voltage of 3KV-18KV, LED neon signs have lower electricity costs and greater safety. When used correctly, LED neon flex signs have a lifespan is over 50,000 hours and they don’t have any other harmfulchemicals that can make recycling difficult.
  • How are Chamelneon Neon signs made?

    Chamelneon indoor signs are handmade to your approved design using LED flex on an acrylic backing. The materials used are PVC and acrylic. Our outdoor signage range is made using high quality LED lights in fully enclosed acrylic, and they have an IP67 Waterproofrating. With both our indoor and outdoor signs, there is no fragile glass that can break, no neon gas, and no mercury.
  • How big can my Neon sign be?

    Our LED Neon is available in 6/8/10mm thickness, and the minimum letter height is approximately 3-4 inches for simple/non-cursivefonts and 4-5 inches for cursive fonts. If your custom order is for a sign larger than 7ft 8in by 3ft 11in it will be made on two ormore backboards that can be easily arranged together. Doing this keeps the signs safer during shipping and allows us to deliver thebest possible price for you.
  • What is the LED neon flex tube attached to?

    Our signs come with an acrylic backboard. You can choose from a variety of options when it comes to this backboard. The backboard can be cut around the shape so it is contoured and nearly invisible or it can be cut in a desired shape. The backboard color can be clear, glossy black, white, gold or UV printed with an image.
  • What are the backboard options?

    By default, Custom Neon signs are mounted on a clear, acrylic backboard. We offer two standard backing options at no extra cost.
    For script/cursive fonts - we recommend the cut around / contoured acrylic backing.
    For simple/block fonts - we recommend the rectangle acrylic backing.
    We also offer a cut-to-letter acrylic backboard option, as well as acrylic stands and open boxes. The cost for these options isshown on the tool.
  • What is Design Your Neon sign System?

    You can design and request all the letters, images, logos, etc. that you want. You can make your own neon sign with the combinationof the six-step selection button and drag.

  • Is Anything Possible To Create?

    We can do anything you want.
    For a text-based design, it's instant. For more detailed designs, you can submit your ideas with SVG and you will get back witha custom quote immediately.
  • Can I use my neon sign outdoors?

    If you intend to use your new Chamelneon Neon sign outside or anywhere where it might get wet please order a Outdoor Sign. Ouroutdoor signage range comes with an IP67 waterproof rating. An IP rating is a certification proving a product meets a certainstandard of water and dustproofing/resistance. IP67 products are protected from contact with harmful dust and protected fromimmersion in water with a depth of up to 3.3 feet (1 meter) for up to 30 mins. (They are not for underwater use)
    Our standard LED neon signs are indoor signs that can be used at outdoor events, parties, etc... provided it is for short periods infair weather, and they do not get wet. Please note that our standard signs are not watertight and should not be exposed to wetweather, extreme heat or cold or be placed in locations such where they might get wet.
  • Do I have to pay the shipping costs?

    Standard orders take 4-6 weeks, including production and shipping.
    'Rush' orders take 2-3 weeks, including production and shipping to addresses in the USA and Canada. (Please refer to thedelivery period for other regions when ordering) Please choose the 'Rush My Order' option at checkout, and let us know thedate by which you need your sign to arrive.
    All of our LED neon light signs are handmade. The above lead-times include both the production and delivery of your sign. Pleasenote that Customs clearance may increase the delivery time for some countries.

  • What if my sign is damaged in transit?

    In the unlikely event that your sign has been damaged in transit Chamelneon will ensure that a resolution is provided.We recommendopening your Custom Neon parcel upon delivery. Damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery of your Neon sign to be eligiblefor a replacement. Damage or faults reported after this time period will follow our general returns and refunds policy and will notbe covered under warranty.
    Note: the delivery date is the courier delivery date which can be found by following the prompts in your tracking email.
    If you believe your item has been damaged in transit and you are within the 14 day claim period please send an email to your LEDNeon Designer or info@chamelneon.com with all of the following: a clear photo of the damage to the sign, a clear photo of the box &any damage to the outer box, and a clear photo of the shipping label on the box.
  • Does my neon sign come with a warranty?

    Chamelneon products include a 24 month warranty which covers electrical components when used appropriately.(Outdoor sign include a12 month waaranty) Please be aware that Indoor Signs are not suitable for use outdoors or anywhere they might get wet. Inappropriateuse will void the warranty. Resolution for faulty signs will be dependent on the source of the fault and will be determined betweenChamelneon and the purchaser.
  • What is Chamelneon’s returns procedure?

    Please contact us at info@chamelneon.com to let us know which products you wish to return and why, attaching a short video of yoursign as well as photos. Please note that we require both a video and photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes. If you are notable to provide both a video and photo(s) of the problem then our ability to rectify your issue will be limited. Once we havereceived all of the required information we will be in touch to try to resolve the issue.
    If a return has been agreed please note that you must return the faulty product in its original condition with all of its originalpackaging.
    If a return has been agreed the faulty item must be returned for inspection by Chamelneon within 14 days of when you received theproduct.
    If a replacement has been agreed Chamelneon will endeavour to produce and ship the replacement product to you as soon as possible.
    If a full or partial refund has been agreed Chamelneon will let you know when you can expect to receive the refund.
  • What is your returns policy?

    Chamelneon offers returns and refunds for faulty products only. Chamelneon will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix,replace, refund, or partially refund the product. The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of theproduct and/or shipping, is decided on a case by case basis depending on the source of the fault, and is at the sole discretion ofChamelneon.
